I came to this hotel for a professional conference and have been thoroughly impressed with its prime location, which offers easy access to major transportation links and is directly inside the mall. The hotel has modern architecture with elegant interior design, including spacious rooms with panoramic city views, and awonderful fitness center. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area for a comfortable and convenient experience.
I went to a Womens Conference at the Westen Galleria Houston and it was amazing how nice our Conference room was set up, the wait staff was more than attentive and the luncheon was delicious including the desert. It was very clean and each table looked incredible with all the plating and flatware, lighting was very well lit including music with very good sound. Restrooms were well maintained and clean as well. Reception area was set up for Guest Check-in and an area for selfies and group photos along with back drops from the event. Valet parking was available but self parking was very easy. I really enjoyed my time at the Westen Galleria Hotel in Houston Texas. You should stop by when your at the Houston Galleria.
Overall we LOVE this Hotel and stay here a few times throughout the year since the views of the city are so nice and the rooms are amazing! We just wish the valet service was a little quicker but other than that it’s a must stay at hotel!
Incredible hotel with beautiful, spacious and clean rooms that feel luxurious. The staff were all so professional and efficient. Very convenient being attached to the Galleria.
We stayed for a girls getaway. Our rooms were clean and we did not encounter any issues during our stay. We checked-in and conducted some retail therapy and had cocktails! We later enjoyed dinner and the night life! The only thing that I recommend is to be cautious; the area does become shall I say...rambunctious!
This place this hotel, the people, the rooms the mall everything is a four star hotel and above. Ariel, you are the best thank you for the smiles every single time you were there every time that I walked by every time that I needed something, especially that toothbrush and those feminine pads that my wife needed and forgot You offered with a smile. I can travel anywhere all over this world which I have, and that smile will always keep me coming back the friendliness and the best character I have ever met in a hotel thank you very much Ariel. We will be back soon.
The location is great just off the 610 highway and Galleria is next door. The room was clean with comfy beds and clean linen. The bathroom was clean and filled with extra towels. All lights fixtures and outlets were fine. Their staff is friendly and courteous. House keeping was poor to extend enough tea and condiments. It would have been great if the Lounge was open during the weekend. I would definitely stay while in Houston.
No picture.. sorry, but the rooms were clean. The mattress, pillows and lightly weighted blanket were to die for.. I was able to lower the room temperature and it cooled quite fast. They provided a small cooler that worked well. No microwave in rooms. All the staff was very friendly and pleasant. Our party requested a wheelchair and they were kind to see we got one. The only negative is that I wish they would have a hot tub.
